When you first log in, you will be given the home banking disclosures- you must accept these to proceed. You can also change your password at any time through the preferences screen.
Next you will be given information on Phishing. The Phishing Security Key that is offered on our system is any code or words that you choose. These words will appear on your online account access screen to validate the screen is coming from us. This is an additional security tool to help combat the illegal activity of “Phishing”. Phishing is when an unreputable company contacts an individual pretending to be their financial institution or other company- and "phishes" for personal information.
Transfers: You may elect to transfer funds from within your membership at any time. You may also set up recurring transfers. You also have the ability to manage these transfers (start, stop, change) at your leisure. Transfers occur in the morning of the transfer date.
Cross Member Transfers are also available. Any account that YOU are a joint owner of- may be set on your screen for you to transfer funds TO. If you need the ability to transfer funds FROM another account TO your account- this would be set up on the OTHER account. A separate form is required for Cross Account transfers.
You can view your account history. Take note of the many options to view the history- by check #, by deposits, by check amount etc. Once in the checking history you will have the ability to "click" on the check # that has cleared to view the front and back of the cleared check image. There is no charge for these images.
You have the ability to view Authorization holds on your account. This generally occurs when you use your debit card and the transaction is pending. It can also be used to hold funds when a check you wrote has been presented to the credit union for cash pending the check clearing.
ACH shows you any pending ACH transactions. An example may be payroll deposits or recurring drafts from your account.
Aggregation is a method to manage your assets and liabilities. It simply allows you to list all other accounts and set up links through our website.
E Alerts offers you the ability to have an alert sent to you if a certain situation arises. Examples may be having an alert sent if your balance drops below a certain dollar amount- or if a check clears over a certain amount.
E Statements is a safe and secure way to keep your personal information out of the mailbox and under your control. E Statements is an electronic version of your statement instead of a paper version. YOU MUST ENROLL in E Statements to take advantage of this service.
As you read through the site you will see other options such as E Notifications; Stop Payment Orders (note- stop payments through online account access still requires a signature to be valid after 14 days); Special Occasions and More.
